I am a little surprised at how well this is working for me. My blood sugars are definitely lower (approximately 20-30 less) throughout the day. I do feel full faster and even when my numbers go up after eating, they don't go up as much and appear to drop faster, over 1 hour instead of up to 4. I got the chocolate and vanilla vegan and I am very happy with the taste. I am definitely going to be an ongoing customer.

From the very 1st shake, my glucose has been dropping. I stopped eating red meat and pork since saturated fats can create insulin insensitivity. My numbers went from 340 to just below 200 in 10 days..

You really hit the ball out of the park with your Vanilla Vegan product. It is delicious and is easily the best nutritional shake I've had. The Chocolate Vegan needs some work as it is has some off-flavors sticking out. But I am pleased with the products collectively.

This has really helped me out with my diet... I had recent shoulder surgery and have not been able to exercise. It was discovered during my pre op appointment that I also had issues with my blood sugar and Muniq is slowly helping resolve this

2 months in, a very slight decrease of .2 in A1C, and just 3 points in glucose, product is now back ordered, for what I am paying, I was hoping for better results, I realize it can take up to 3 months would love to hear from someone higher up at Muniq

I've used Muniq for only 7 days so this is an early review. I find that the morning drink keeps me satisfied until 1:00-2:00. The mix doesn't taste bad but is very similar to Carnation Instant Breakfast as far as flavor. Other than that, no outstanding remarks.

I'm just a week into my vanilla latte order....not sure of the results yet, but it sure does taste good for a powdered drink. I have blood work coming up next week so I'll soon know.

I wish that Muniq had the same price for AutoShip as it does for one time shipment because I am back-and-forth between Canada and the US often, so AutoShip does not work for me, because of the two locations. Therefore I end up paying a much higher price for a product that I really love. I would like to see this adjusted to be fair.

I have the chocolate flavor and it tastes okay but I don't like the way it smells . It's reminds me of something like an smelly dish ragg. Just my opinion. But I do feel like that after I drink it my energy level is high and I do feel full for about 2 to 3 hours.

I was a bit skeptical on this product. I ordered my first month supply and in the first two weeks I saw no change. After changing drinking one a day to one every other day I saw a drastic change in my blood sugars in the morning. I believe this product works. I will continue drinking every other day to see if I have any loss of weight.

I'm not very patient but I hope I see/feel some results soon. Nothing yet but it has only been 3 weeks. The taste is ok for this type of supplement. I am still hopeful and can't wait to see improvement.

I've had the product only a little less than a week but have had four shakes and I feel much better when I go to bed.. usually I get an irritated stomach but not since I had the first shake.. It may take a few more shakes to begin lowering my blood sugars.

The scoops in Muniq are really large. Is this the correct amount?

I have been drinking a Muniq shake in the morning for the last 2 weeks and my numbers have been in the mid 90's to 115 I'm very happy with my results I can't wait for my second order

Wanted to order Chocolate but apparently it was out of stock. Hoping next order is Chocolate. Vanilla is okay, just not great. As for results, I am tracking my results every day and it is just too soon to say there is going to be a difference except I am using LESS insulin than before using the drink.

I started just to see if it would help me and now I love it. The taste is great and I love that I can add fruit to it.

I tried the sample pack of 5 servings. I like all the flavors with chocolate coming out on top. My morning glucose reading dropped almost immediately! From 250-ish to 150-170. Only problem is I can’t afford the product long term.

I have enjoyed your product thus far and love the taste and have seen results in the short term. Of course the 15g of fiber has a lot to do with it. I normally don't eat breakfast with the exception of some veggies, so this replaces that and I stay full for a good deal of the day. I have recommended Muniq to a couple of friends that have Type 2 Diabetes and as for myself, I can't wait to see my real results (long term) after using your product for 3 months. So far, happy and satisfied with Muniq.

I'm 10 days in. So far, so good. I started slow with 1 scoop and now have 3 days of 2 scoops under my belt. I'm scheduled for a lab draw just before Thanksgiving. I am using chocolate and vanilla and love them both. The scale says I'm down 2 lbs.

I was skeptical, but I thought I would give this product a try. I fully expected two things: this product would not do what it says in terms of reducing blood sugar, and it would taste like chalk. Fortunately, I was wrong!! It works on blood sugar better than some of my actual meds and it keeps working works all day everyday! Also, this stuff is GOOD! It’s not going to replace an actual milkshake, but it’s not far off! I’m really glad I found this product and that the Muniq team is putting so much effort into making a great product and matching it with great customer service. If you’re on the fence like I was, please give this a shot...not for the sake of the company, but for your own health and happiness!

I have been fighting my doctor for nearly 2 years now over my A1C levels which were borderline high. She insists on Metformin, I insist not. I found Munique and after only 2 weeks, I had to have blood work done. MY A1C level came in just below the level of concern. Starting my third month and I wanted to share just how good I feel and hopeful that my glacial-paced metabolism has met its match. Not just feeling full, but actually full from my breakfast shake has helped me feel focused throughout the day and provides me with the energy I need to make good choices for my health. Normally I'm an impatient person but I'm glad not this time.

Too early to tell affect on my diabetes as it has been under control before using product. I am hoping it has an impact on belly fat and fatty liver.. The product packagin g states Net Carbs is only 6g but total carbs are 41 g with dietary fiber being 15 g which subtracting dietary fiber suggests net carbs would be 26 grams How do do arrive at a total of 6 grams of total carbs. This suggests that there are 20 grams of non-digestible carbs but non-digestible carbs are not listed in the Nutrition facts. Also I understand that both casein and whey are used in the product. As both are digested differently it would help to understand the proportion of casein and whey are used in the product. I have an upcoming appointment with my endocrinologist and would like to discuss the product with her intelligently. I would therefore appreciate answers to my questions. I am very happy with the product and plan on continuing using it into the future.

I have been using the chocolate shake for a week or so. At the beginning I was not fond of the smell (going through chemo so I am sensitive to smells), however when I added a little banana and some cinnamon, the smell and taste was great. For the last couple days I have been increasing to one and less that a half scoop and the shake became even better. Monitoring sugar levels, too early to tell yet. Overall a good experience will continue to order! Thanks!

I have been taking Muniq for 2 weeks now and I am so pleased! I’ve noticed an increase in energy so I actually go on walks and exercise more! I’m down 5 pounds already! And even better, it tastes good! My every day is 2 Scoops Chocolate Muniq, 12 ounces unsweetened almond milk, 2 handfuls of ice and a banana. If I want to treat myself one day, I’ll thrown in a scoop or 2 of all natural peanut butter. (Thank me later)

I am adding extra water and ice it resolves better and it doesn’t seem as sweet that way. And my nausea stopped.

I had to phase into this as it was hard for my digestive system to adapt at first.

Since starting Muniq my fasting blood glucose levels have dramatically improved. I am now getting levels of 115 - 122 regularly in the mornings. I have been doing one scoop in the morning for several weeks. I plan to now also do a second one scoop shake in the late afternoon to help level off my blood sugar in the evenings. I have had no stomach upset, better digestion, have more energy and just feel much better. I have been using the Chocolate with unsweetened almond milk and ice. Taste is terrific. I've been using for over a month now. It took a a bit to get used to it. I still use one scoop at a time, morning coffee and tea latte around noon. I've lost about 7 pounds. I was not concerned about my sugar so I don't check that. I was looking for something tame my hunger. I seemed to be hungry all the time and snacking as a result. This worked like a charm. I've tried all 3 flavors and they taste great. One of my favorites is to mix a scoop of vanilla with greek yogurt and some blueberries. Dessert I don't have to feel guilty about.

So far, so good. I have found that the shake keeps me feeling full for 5-6 hours. I seem to be losing weight but it has been only a little over a week now.

The shakes are filling. I have always struggled with fitness/health shake taste. If you are OK with very sweet then these are the shakes for you. Too sweet for me.

I fully expected to hate the taste or texture or both. Surprise! It is like drinking a delicious, thick chocolate shake. And afterwards my appetite is reduced for the rest of the day. No more midday snacking.

I am into my 3rd week and I'm very pleased. My main goal was to keep my glucose numbers under better control without making it a full time job. Muniq did the trick! It does keep me satisfied and my numbers look much better. I have had to play with when I drink it. In the morning is great, but afternoon and evening were when my numbers were the most erratic. I started drinking it at night(when the snack attack normally hits) to keep them low without crashing. Excellent! However, the high caffeine in the Mocha kept me awake until my body adjusted (about a week) So I will be trying the Vanilla Creme this time. I have also kept extra weight off and have lost about 1/2 lb a week. This is without any other changes in my life. I did have some bowel issues at first, but immediately cut back to i scoop and was able to go to 2 the next week. ......Don't recommend you start this just before you go on a road trip! ;-) I'm a satisfied customer.

Never in my life did I think I’d be trying a “health shake” and loving it! It’s hands down been the best decision I’ve made for my health in a very long time. I was honestly just looking for something I could tolerate a couple times a week as a healthy meal replacement but it’s far surpassed my expectations. I feel full for hours after drinking it and have noticeable more energy (low energy levels has always been an issue for me). It also tastes great and has the texture of a milkshake. I came to Muniq because I wanted to supplement my gut health efforts. I've been surprised that it tastes good, because I expected it to be awful, like most products in the shake space. My least favorite flavor is Mocha, and it isn't bad, it just doesn't bring a smile to my face.

Almost immediately after my first shake my digestive issues resolved themselves. I have more energy and everyone has been complimenting me on how great my skin looks...and the best part, though I'm not sure how much is muniq and how much is my overall gut health efforts working, I've lost 5 inches off my waist.

Never thought anything would work like this. In two weeks my morning blood sugar has dropped from 318 ( horrible I know) to 211 to 176 to 140 to 135. Without any other changes. I really don't like milk so I wasn't sure about the shakes but they do everything promised, taste pretty good, keep you full but oh my, the effect on my blood sugar. I also am not seeing much variation during the day. I thought I was headed to being insulin dependent. Looking forward to even better in the future.

I have been using the chocolate shake for ten days now, 1 Shake per day. They are easy to make and taste great. I toss in a few ice cubes and one time 1/2 of a banana. This is my evening snack and morning blood-sugar is 40 points lower than before Muniq. They even give you the scoop in the bag. Just add a blender! Thanks Muniq.

IÕve tried a lot of protein mixes. This one tastes great and has what I call Ògood mouth feelÓ. Not watery or grainy. The vanilla flavor is on point and indeed my morning blood sugars have leveled to a lower point within a week. Very good muniq. Tell all those staff making the product. Good job !

I am a 69-yr old female, in very good health and very physically active (biking, spin classes, hiking, yoga, resistance work). I have been searching for a shake supplement and was excited to read that Muniq is helpful with Bg control. I have used it about 8 times now, starting with only one scoopful, as recommended, and more recently using 1.5 scoopfuls, slowing increasing the prebiotic fiber into my system. I cannot figure out how to bolus for this supplement. My Bg's have been outrageously high each time I've used it, and they have stayed that way for most of the day, regardless of exercise. I am most disappointed in this product... it has had the very opposite impact on my glucose control than advertised. (my A1c is 6.8). Granted, it is a delicious shake, I count all the carbs I add to it (banana, 1/4 c. nonfat, plain yogurt, blueberries, chia seeds, almond milk) and bolus accordingly. I have tried to determine what the glycemic index is for this product but cannot find it anywhere. I find it hard to believe that T-1's are truly happy with this product.

I truly enjoy the shakes they are great for on the go. I love how they help to regulate my blood sugar as well.

First time i used this had diarrhea the next day, stopped couple days started back using only 1 scoop instead of 2 it has lessen the loose stools. I do have more energy and not hungry for my evening meal. I plan to continue with this dosage

I decided to try this product based on its description and the reviews. I have type 1 diabetes and my A1c runs fairly high. Being on insulin makes me hungry plus it makes me gain weight. It is an impossible cycle so I am willing to try new products to see if they help. I got the chocolate flavor and began as soon as it came in the mail, which was pretty quick. I have definitely noticed a decline in my readings over the last two weeks, which is how long I have been using it. I won't go back for another A1c test for a couple of months, but the doctor says that running lower will help that reading. I don't feel any extra energy at this point, I don't feel as hungry most days and don't have as many of the sweet/salty cravings as I did before I started on Muniq, and I look forward to my daily shake. So on the downside, if you aren't careful, it will give you gas. It can be controlled by not starting right off with the full amount of the serving...just gradually ease into the two scoops. If it continues to keep my sugar readings down, the $100 a month cost is well worth it. I already have some diabetes-related issues with my eyes and that cost is nothing compared to going blind.

So far IÕm loving the shakes. The taste and texture is great. I like that the mocha latte flavor gives me a little caffeine boost in the morning. I stay full for a few hours and notice IÕm eating less at meals. HavenÕt seen a difference in blood sugar levels yet, but IÕve only been drinking shakes for a week. Been on this for about 3 weeks. Shake every morning. Satisfying and great tasting as well as filling. Haven't noticed any increase in energy. As pre-diabetic, the blood results have been up and down for me with results not really any better than my other supplements such as cinnamon. Was really hoping for a greater decrease in blood sugar results. As for weight, dropped a few pounds at first, but they quickly came back. Cravings have went away, but overall was hopping for better results, more than just regularity. Not sure if I will continue.

This stuff is great. As a type 1 diabetic IÕm always looking for new healthy food options. This is the first morning smoothie IÕve found that is super healthy and tastes fabulous.. Not chaulky or gritty but is smooth and creamy. And best of all sweet but not overly so. So often these kind of things have so much artificial sweetener that I canÕt stand them. Fills you up too. Love it.

I am loving this Chocolate Shake, At first, I thought it was going to taste nasty but I was totally wrong . To me it taste like Chocolate Ice-cream. I also thought this wasn't going to help me and found out I was wrong again. I notice I have to stay away from anything that has sugar in it. and I can feel the difference in my gut.
